About the Role:

As a Van Driver Monday thru Friday, you will be responsible for safely transporting residents to and from medical appointments, social activities, and other off-site events. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and commitment to excellent customer service will ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, social activities, and other off-site events
• Maintain accurate records of transportation routes, schedules, and resident needs
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the van and related equipment
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and care team members
• Adhere to federal and state regulations regarding transportation services
• Complete required documentation and reports in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:

• Valid Virginia driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent required (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
• Ability to lift, push, and pull light to moderate weights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• CPR
