Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech to join our team at Wright Senior Apartments. The ideal candidate will have experience in appliance repair, plumbing, light HVAC work, and possess EPA certification.

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech to join our team at Wright Senior Apartments. The ideal candidate will have experience in appliance repair, plumbing, light HVAC work, and possess EPA certification.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing appliances, fixing plumbing issues, and maintaining HVAC systems
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
- Ensure all maintenance work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations
- Keep accurate records of maintenance work and repairs
- Proven experience in appliance repair, plumbing, and light HVAC work
- EPA certification
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
