Teleperformance USA is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Texas or Florida to serve as the primary contact for clients. You will manage inbound and outbound communications and resolve inquiries to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will undergo a 7-day paid training to prepare for the State Insurance Exam to obtain a License. The program covers training, study materials, and exam costs.
