Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Approaches: Assess individual patient needs and devise customized therapy plans aimed at achieving their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Draw upon evidence-based methods to improve patients' motor function, cognitive abilities, and daily activities
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to deliver holistic, integrated care
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their caregivers in therapy techniques to foster ongoing improvement at home
• Track and Adjust Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatments as necessary to ensure patients remain on the path to success

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Encouragement and support for ongoing education and post-graduate certifications

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
