- Experience working in an IT call center or service desk environment to effectively manage call volume and ticket prioritization.

- Knowledge of Active Directory, including account management, password resets, and navigation across organizational units.

- Experience with device support, including iOS setup, troubleshooting, and deployment of mobile devices.

- Familiarity with video conferencing tools such as Microsoft Teams, Cisco WebEx, and Cisco Presence solutions for end-user support.

- Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow to track, document, and manage service requests.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Nashville, TN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
