Description

American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist for Cardiac Interventional Radiology, requiring 2+ years of concurrent specialty experience and prior travel experience.

Details

• Interventional Radiology unit
• Day shift, 5x8 hours, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Call required 1-2 days per week
• EPIC EMR used facility-wide

Requirements

• Current AHA BLS certification
• CRT certification
• ARRT Radiography/Fluoroscopy permit
• License required if applicable
• Minimum 2 years of concurrent experience in specialty
• Prior travel experience required
• EPIC or combined EPIC/Cerner experience within the last 6 months
• 1 supervisory-level professional reference required
• Must provide valid copies of all required certifications at time of consideration

Additional Information

• Interview availability required, including same-day and next 3 business days preferred
• Candidates must reside outside a 100-mile radius of the facility to be eligible, except for LVNs/MAs
• Candidates on assignment in San Diego for 9+ months are considered local and not eligible
• Maximum of 7 days RTO, with no additional requests after consideration
• Returning staff and travelers may be eligible to return after 1 year
• First-time travelers will not be considered for this role
• Float requirements may apply depending on facility needs; details to be discussed during interview
