Employment Type Monday to Saturday with 1 weekday off

Work Hours (Shift) 1st shift 9:30 to 6pm

Starting Pay $15 per hour

Required Education High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience At least 1 year of experience

As the full-time retail customer service associate, you will handle general office duties for a local appliance store while providing customer service over the phone and in person. General clerical duties include processing warranty claims, data entry, and updating customer information. You will greet incoming customers and suggest products based on their specific needs.

-Provide sales support and information on products

- Answer phones and complete other general office duties.

- Process credit applications, rebates, and warranty registrations.

- Provide excellent customer service.

- Order parts as necessary.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

-Proven experience in a retail or customer service position

- Accurate typing and data entry skills are required.

- Must be outgoing and friendly.
