Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

ProCare Therapy is partnering with a school district in Hyde Park, NY to hire a Special Education Teacher for a UPK self-contained early childhood classroom supporting students with developmental, communication, and early learning needs.

Position Details:
Location: Hyde Park, NY 12538
Caseload: UPK program | 6–8 students
Setting: Self-contained early childhood classroom
Description: Provide individualized, IEP-driven instruction focused on school readiness, early academics, communication development, and foundational skills. The classroom is supported by aides and staff to create a structured and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

Early Childhood Special Education Certification preferred

Schedule:

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Standard school hours (to be confirmed)
Full school year contract
