FuntoNetwork is seeking a Master Planning and Civil Infrastructure Lead for upcoming project opportunity: Development Partner for Carolina North development at UNC Chapel Hill .

• Identify the existing conditions relevant to Carolina North development.
• Map the users, locations and interests affected by Carolina North development.
• Assess the constraints on Carolina North development alternatives.
• Develop planning options for Carolina North development.
• Compare the effects of the Carolina North development options.
• Identify dependencies between Carolina North development and adjoining activities.
• Review the Carolina North development options with the affected stakeholders.
• Resolve comments affecting the Carolina North development planning recommendations.
• Describe the implementation implications of the preferred Carolina North development option.
• Prepare the Carolina North development planning findings and supporting analysis.

• Demonstrated experience performing Master Planning and Civil Infrastructure Lead responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
• Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
• Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.
