Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Administrator is responsible for providing administration and support in the areas of HR Administration and Recruiting. 

•    Data entry and maintenance of applicant tracking, HR, or other related systems.
•    Assist with updating job descriptions, forms, etc.
•    Assist department purchase orders and maintaining office supplies
•    Good reliability, attendance, and punctuality
•    All other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
•    Strong discretion and confidentiality
•    Highly detail oriented, efficient, and organized
•    Follow-up and follow-through skills
•    Ability to work independently or in a team
•    Professional appearance and demeanor
•    Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, iCIMS, Dynamics HR)
•    Position requires exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally (lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects and boxes).
•    Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.

Education and Experience
•    High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Business or related field preferred. 
•    Two (2) years of experience in Human Resources preferred.
•    Experience in manufacturing, high-tech, or biotech industries preferred.
