How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Contribute to comprehensive patient assessments, ensuring a proactive approach to well-being and identifying critical needs early in the care journey.
• Administer medications and treatments with precision, vigilantly monitoring patients to ensure safety and an immediate, informed response to any adverse reactions.
• Perform essential laboratory tests and therapeutic services, delivering accurate results that drive timely and effective clinical decision-making.
• Empower patients and their families by providing clear, compassionate education on treatment plans, self-care, and available resources to ensure a successful and confident transition home.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
