Build consistent quality, one bead at a time

Join our production team to assemble standardized and custom weldments where fit-up is fixture-controlled or generally liberal. You’ll rely on electric-arc welding equipment to turn pre-cut components into reliable assemblies.

• Operate MIG/TIG electric-arc welding machines across repetitive and custom work.
• Interpret samples, prints, sketches, and written instructions to plan the job.
• Contribute to the layout and build of weld fixtures for current projects.
• Inspect work to documented procedures; follow all quality system requirements; work may require secondary approval.
• Set up and adjust welders to meet output and quality goals (choosing heat, wire, electrodes, etc.).
• Support teammates on the line as directed by Leads or Supervision.
• Troubleshoot machines and related equipment as needed.
• Promote a safe workplace and adhere to company safety standards.
• Meet routed rates or other stated production targets.
• Accurately complete job paperwork and daily activity reports.
• Maintain 5S in your area; clean your station at job completion or end of shift.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 years in a manufacturing environment; or equivalent education/experience as determined by the Shop Supervisor or Operations Manager.
• Solid math skills and clear, effective communication.
• Ability to read blueprints and production process documentation; fluent tape measure use.
• Must supply your own welding helmet.

This job requires that the employee occasionally bend, twist, reach and lift of up to 50 lbs. The employee must be able to hear and communicate verbally. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Physically capable of wearing a welder’s shield and respirator as needed is required.
