Position Description Administer Microsoft Active Directory and related Microsoft infrastructure services, including user, group, computer, security policy, authentication, and directory services management Manage and support 150+ virtual servers in a Microsoft Hyper‑V environment, including virtual machine administration, host and cluster support, performance monitoring, patching coordination, storage connectivity, and infrastructure troubleshooting Manage backup and recovery operations using Veeam and Druva, including protection of on‑premises and cloud‑based systems, backup job monitoring, restore testing, retention compliance, recovery documentation, and support for disaster recovery readiness Work closely with the global IT team to support network, server, storage, security, and infrastructure projects; coordinate with vendors as needed; and provide escalation support for business‑critical systems and users Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent education, certifications, and infrastructure experience Minimum 5 years of hands‑on IT infrastructure experience supporting business‑critical server, directory, virtualization, backup, storage, network, and security services Minimum 5 years of administering Microsoft Active Directory, including users, groups, computers, security policies, authentication, and directory services Minimum 5 years managing Microsoft Hyper‑V virtual server environments, including VMs, hosts, clusters, performance monitoring, patching, storage connectivity, and troubleshooting Experience managing backup/recovery operations for on‑premises and cloud‑based systems, including monitoring, restore testing, retention, documentation, and disaster recovery readiness Preferred Qualifications Certifications in Microsoft server, Azure, or identity management Experience with Veeam Backup & Replication and Druva backup platforms Experience supporting Hyper‑V clusters, SAN storage using Dell hardware and SAN with enterprise virtualization environments Benefits Offered Medical (with Health Savings Account), Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan with company match Stock Purchase Plan with company match Company Paid Basic Life Insurance Parental & Caregiver Leave Employee Education Assistance Program Employee Assistance Program Employee Appreciation Incentives (Birthdays, Recognition Awards, etc.) PPE Reimbursement Equal Employment Opportunity : ETS-Lindgren is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Prohibits Discrimination and Harassment of Any Kind.
