Supervise and assume responsibility for care provide# **Education*** Bachelor's Degree (Required)* Master's Degree (Preferred)* *Doctor Degree + 2 years relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of degree*# # **Certification/Licensure*** Speech Language Pathologist License (Required)# **Experience*** Performs modalities/therapeutic interventions in accordance with accepted standards of care and department policies and procedures.* Provides effective instruction to the patient and family through standardized educational programs and/or individualized training.* Initiates, develops, and maintains collaborative interactions with internal and external team members, patients, and family members to improve patient outcomes.* Productive and efficient in daily operations.
