Laboratory Production Technician

Shift Shift: Primarily a night shift position at the PETNET Solutions pharmacy; flexibility to work alternative shifts is required. Role Overview The Lab Production Technician will perform complex compounding, manufacturing (cyclotron and chemistry module operation), and quality control processes under supervision, utilizing analytical equipment such as TLC, HPLC, and GC. Responsibilities Perform complex compounding, manufacturing, and quality control processes. Participate in inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of manufacturing and testing equipment. Implement approved SOP changes to production and quality control processes. Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly preventive maintenance checks of cyclotrons, chemistry modules, and QC equipment as per SOPs. Oversee routine logistics functions including product preparation for shipment, coordinating courier schedules, and documentation. Qualifications Experience with analytical chemistry equipment and processes such as HPLC, GC, TLC. Experience working in a sterile or clean room laboratory environment. Required Skills Detail oriented with strong critical thinking skills. Ability to work well independently. Basic computer skills including spreadsheets, word processing, and e‑mail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs. Willingness to work night shifts and alternate shifts as needed. Pay Range Min $44,700 – Max $67,100 annually.
