Hiring Maintenance Technicians!

Pay: Up to $42/hour (Based on Experience & Skill Level)

Night Shift - 6:45pm to 7am, 2/2/3 Schedule

Day Shift - 6:45am to 7pm, 2/2/3 Schedule

Job Overview:

We are hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians to support a fast-paced manufacturing operation in Spartanburg, SC. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. Multiple skill levels are available (Multi-Craft A, B, and C) with opportunities for advancement and pay increases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment
• Diagnose equipment issues and minimize downtime
• Work with PLCs, motors, drives, controls, and automation systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
• Maintain equipment to support production goals and quality standards
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

Qualifications:

• Industrial maintenance experience required
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with PLCs and industrial automation preferred
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drives, and controls
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment
• Multi-Craft Test score at the A, B, or C level is a plus

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Spartanburg, SC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $76960.00 - $87360.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
