An opportunity is available for a skilled Pharmacist to work in a specialty pharmacy setting in Cold Spring, MN. This contract position offers an ongoing assignment with a weekend-focused schedule, ideal for professionals seeking to utilize their expertise in long term care and retail pharmacy services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pharmacy services in a specialty pharmacy environment
• Manage medication therapy for long-term care and retail patients
• Ensure accuracy in dispensing medications and counsel patients effectively
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards

Schedule:

• Saturdays and Sundays, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Qualifications:

• PharmD degree or equivalent pharmacy education
• Immunization certification required
• CPR certification required
• Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification preferred
• Experience in long term care and retail pharmacy processes
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
