Daily responsibilities include the following but not limited to:Manage reservations on Seven RoomsEnthusiastically engage guests upon arrival and graciously thank them for diningManage waiting guestsDesignate table assignmentsExhibit an excellent service attitude and be willing to go out of their way to accommodate our guestsBe flexible and able to adjust to meet the changing needs of the restaurant and guestsMaintain a level of professionalism and community effectively, Use critical thinking to handle difficult guest situationsAccurately quote wait times and seat guests in a timely mannerBe considerate and willing to help out fellow teammatesTolerate pressure and work calmly and efficiently during busy timesIdentify investors and restaurant VIPs and notify their serverCommunicate changes/events that can influence coversOther tasks as assignedWhat You Need to Bring to the Table:Proficiency with reservation systems softwareProfessional, articulate, friendly, and punctualPossess and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service and willingness to go out of your way to accommodate guestsFlexible hours are required (able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays)Confidence in personal style and appearanceMust be able to work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detailCommunication and ability to delegateSkilled in time managementThis role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs.
