While providing updates on the application process as well as collecting pertinent documentation from our members, you will also receive first‑hand knowledge and coaching in the world of mortgages. This is a hybrid role with 90% of your time spent working from home, with 1‑3 days in our Tempe office each month. Candidates must reside in the greater Phoenix area. What you’ll do: Build rapport with borrowers Initiate welcome calls and communicate with borrowers on loan approvals throughout the entire loan process Complete specific data input based on documentation received into the Loan Origination System (LOS) Manage a daily pipeline of approved loans (70‑80 loan pipeline) Review borrower documents for completeness and enter pertinent data into LOS Complete a 3rd party validation of the borrower’s employer Review credit profiles for completeness and eligibility Track the receipt of borrower‑required documents and documents from 3rd Party vendors Collaborate with your team to confirm all conditions have been met for each file Identify ways to improve the borrowing process 1‑2 years of mortgage processing experience Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a continually changing environment Ability to handle high volume pipeline and stay within required SLAs Ability to multitask and move quickly between required job functions Great communication skills, self‑motivation, positive attitude Availability to work Monday‑Friday from 9:00 am‑5:00 pm Achieve well‑being with: Hybrid work opportunities 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental, and vision with HSA and FSA Competitive vacation and sick time off, as well as dedicated volunteer days Access to wellness support through Employee Assistance Program, Talkspace, and fitness discounts Up to $5,250 paid back to you on eligible education expenses Pet care discounts for your furry family members Financial support in times of hardship with our Achieve Care Fund A safe place to connect with other employees through our six employee resource groups Attention Agencies & Search Firms: We do not accept unsolicited candidate resumes or profiles.
