Operations Analyst

Job Description

Review and approve pending client requests to ensure proper authorizations and supporting documentation are in place and meet policy requirements. Coordinate and process team-specific tasks as requested by the business. Perform quality reviews of completed work to ensure accuracy and data integrity. Work across multiple systems and platforms. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve ongoing issues and answer policy-related questions. Provide operational support and assist with special projects as needed. Apply business judgment to identify unusual or suspicious activities and escalate issues when appropriate. Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures, including quality, client service, information security, and compliance.

Required Skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Windows, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred. Strong attention to detail and sound judgment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment. Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred, with a concentration in Finance or Business.
