What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients visitors staff and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including medical facility disturbances access concerns and visitor-related matters.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facility grounds entrances parking areas and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management in accordance with site-specific procedures maintaining a professional and respectful presence in patient care environments.
• Document and report incidents observations and policy concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be able to work in a hospital morgue.
• Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
