A growing legal practice is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Family Law Paralegal to support a busy and collaborative team handling complex and sensitive family law matters. If interested, please send resumes to View email address on click.appcast.io Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, affidavits, financial statements, and discovery materials Manage case files and document organization using legal practice management systems Track deadlines, court filings, and maintain case calendars Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness coordination, and trial binders Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel Support discovery processes, including drafting and reviewing responses Coordinate scheduling for hearings, mediations, depositions, and client meetings Maintain accurate and timely billable time entry (target: 1400 hours annually) Qualifications 3–5+ years of paralegal experience, with Pennsylvania family law experience required Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania family court procedures, filings, and rules Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Strong written and verbal communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems Primarily in-office role with potential hybrid flexibility Standard hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility as needed What Success Looks Like Consistent billable performance and timely time entry Proactive communication and strong accountability Reliable support of attorneys to meet deadlines and client expectations Professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions Contribution to a collaborative, high-performing team #J-18808-Ljbffr
