Credentialing Coordinator

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a Credentials Coordinator with a minimum of 3 years of experience in an acute care/hospital setting and familiarity with Joint Commission standards. CPCS/CPMSM regulatory experience is required.

Location: Los Angeles, CA 90033 (Onsite)

• Pay Rate: $39.43 per hour
• Schedule: Monday Friday (Full-Time)
• Shift Options: 7:30 AM 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
• Setting: 100% Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end credentialing and privileging process for medical staff.
• Ensure all provider files are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with internal bylaws.
• Maintain strict adherence to Joint Commission (TJC) standards and state/federal regulations.
• Coordinate with department chairs and hospital leadership to facilitate the peer review and appointment process.
• Prepare for and participate in regulatory audits and surveys.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in an acute care/hospital setting and familiar with Joint commission standards. CPCS/CPMSM Regulatory
• Proven familiarity and working knowledge of Joint Commission standards.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in credentialing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with physicians and executives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification: CPCS (Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist) or CPMSM (Certified Professional Medical Services Management) is highly preferred but not required.
