Office Admin/Print Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented Print Production Associate to support day-to-day document production, printing, and finishing operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, a production mindset, and basic technical proficiency with office equipment and software.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Basic computer proficiency, including keyboard and mouse navigation
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Ability to manage basic reporting in Excel
  • Comfortable sending/receiving emails, saving/opening files, and data entry in Outlook
  • Familiarity with internet browsing and web-based systems
  • Ability to operate PCs and navigate standard workplace applications
  • Experience using printers and managing print jobs (sending documents, selecting printers, etc.)
  • Basic troubleshooting skills (e.g., mapping network printers, sending to preconfigured printers)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages)
  • Professionalism and ability to interact with customers in a business environment
  • 23 years of experience in a production or print environment
  • At least 1 year of experience in an office setting preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with device maintenance (e.g., replacing toner, drums, and consumables)
  • Exposure to Adobe InDesign or Adobe Acrobat (basic editing or adjustments)
  • Familiarity with Fiery print systems or similar print management software

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute print production tasks to meet customer SLA requirements (printing, assembly, finishing)
  • Serve as a point of contact for receiving and logging customer print requests
  • Review job specifications and ensure accurate processing of print jobs
  • Maintain production logs and reporting for billing and tracking purposes
  • Operate production equipment including printers, copiers, and finishing machines (cutting, folding, scoring)
  • Perform quality checks before, during, and after production runs
  • Track and manage incoming jobs using a job tracking system or job board
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate restocking as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with stakeholders
  • Clean and maintain equipment and workspace to ensure operational efficiency
