Senior Relationship Banker

Overview Position Title: Senior Relationship Banker Business Unit: Retail Reports to: Varies Based on Assignment The position is primarily responsible for the execution of traditional consumer banking requests of retail banking customers. The incumbent executes branch leads according to consumer bank standards, handles customer transactions, and converts transactions into qualified sales or referral leads. The incumbent adheres to all policies, strategies, programs, and Core Values and may be required to work at various locations within the market. Primary Responsibilities Promote the sales process by leveraging leads, outbound calling, greeting customers, and identifying service and product needs. Make recommendations in selling and cross-selling Bank products and services. Identify and achieve individual weekly sales goals set by the Branch Manager. Incorporate FNB digital products & services into customer interactions. Use FNB approved branch technology to input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants. Manage the lifecycle of all new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards. Support daily sales activity, assist with pre-shift sales huddles, and monitor and measure sales results. Perform operational duties of the branch as assigned by scheduling work, directing workflow, maintaining supplies, opening and closing the office, and managing vault cash in accordance with current policies and procedures. Conduct routine operational tasks, including traditional teller transactions, in line with established policies and procedures. Perform other related duties and projects as assigned. All employees are responsible for risk management by understanding, reporting, responding to, and monitoring risk as required by the company’s risk management program. Qualifications Education: High School or GED Experience: 1 year of related experience Skills: Excellent customer service; excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented; proficient with personal computers and standard software (MS Word – Basic, MS Excel – Intermediate, MS PowerPoint – Basic); experience in a related position; knowledge of banking policies and consumer products and services; sales and customer service skills. Licenses/Certifications Licenses/Certifications: Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but may be required.
