Role Overview
Join a leading AI lab to enhance healthcare reasoning by leveraging your expertise in Internal Medicine. This role involves designing clinical scenarios, evaluating AI model outputs, and contributing to the development of advanced AI systems that improve patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Design clinically realistic prompts and scenarios based on your Internal Medicine practice, focusing on diagnostic reasoning, treatment planning, risk stratification, and guideline concordance.
- Write high-quality reference responses that meet attending-level standards.
- Grade AI-generated responses using structured rubrics.
- Provide written feedback to the research team to refine model behavior.
- Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions.
- Attending physicians must be board certified with a current, active, unrestricted medical license.
- Resident physicians must be in their final year of residency (recent graduates must be board-eligible).
- Fellows must be board-certified/board-eligible in their primary specialty and hold a current active, unrestricted medical license.
- Remote work, 100% asynchronous.
- Default commitment of 20 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing hours after onboarding based on demand.
- Paid weekly.
- Start date is rolling, following onboarding sign-off.
- Ongoing engagement, reviewed monthly.
Hourly rates range from $130 to $300, determined by seniority tier (early-career to senior attending). Your specific rate will be confirmed in your offer.
