Apartment Community Manager
Essential Staffing Solutions (ESS) is seeking an experienced Apartment Community Manager to oversee daily operations, resident satisfaction, leasing performance, and property maintenance at apartment communities. Responsibilities:- Manage property operations, occupancy, and resident relations
- Oversee leasing, renewals, rent collections, and delinquency management
- Supervise office and maintenance teams
- Coordinate vendors, contracts, and property maintenance
- Address resident concerns and ensure exceptional customer service
- Monitor budgets, financial reports, and property performance
Qualifications:
- 1–2+ years of Apartment Community Manager experience required
- Experience with Yardi, OneSite, Entrata, or similar property management software
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask, solve problems, and meet deadlines
- Must be able to walk the property, climb stairs, and work a flexible schedule as needed
