• 5 x 8hr shifts/week or 4 x 10hr shifts/week -- flexible scheduling
• At least 4 weekend days required during the 13-week assignment
• Treats both adult and pediatric patients
• Home health setting
• Evaluates new patients and sets functional treatment goals
• Diagnostic muscle, nerve, joint, and functional ability testing required
• Home health experience preferred

Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $21.23 - $41.35 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
