C&J Automotive is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician in Warminster, PA, offering a $60,000–$100,000 annual salary based on skill set and work history. This Monday–Friday opportunity is based in an established 8-bay independent repair shop with five lifts and new and updated equipment. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine appropriate repair needs
• Perform automotive maintenance and mechanical repairs
• Inspect vehicles and identify needed service or repair work
• Complete assigned repairs accurately and efficiently
• Communicate repair findings and additional service needs
• Collaborate with the service team to maintain efficient workflow
• Maintain organized repair documentation

Qualifications

• Automotive diagnostic, maintenance, and repair experience
• A-Level or B-Level Automotive Technician experience
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Ability to complete repairs accurately and efficiently
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented automotive shop
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• ASE Certifications may be considered when evaluating skill level and compensation
