Product Manager and System Administration

Overview The Product Manager and System Administration position will manage and provide system administration for one or more payment systems. This includes acting as the primary contact for vendors, assisting in audits, completing risk assessments, troubleshooting system issues, implementing system enhancements, and serving as the subject matter expert for other business units. The role requires working with other product managers to deliver seamless solutions for internal and external customers and training internal stakeholders on system capabilities. As a payments expert, the candidate should have knowledge of ACH, check, real-time payments, wire transfers, and treasury operations, with ability to evaluate functionality and identify enhancements. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both retail and commercial banking, with working knowledge of banking systems. The role bridges business needs with technical execution.
