Summary:

Anderson Trucking Service (ATS) in St. Cloud, Minnesota is adding a  Driver Recruiter!   The driving force behind building our world-class truck fleet—energizing the search for top over-the-road truck drivers, sparking meaningful connections, and guiding standout talent through a smooth and engaging hiring journey.

In this role, you'll...

• 2–5 years of sales or recruiting experience preferred , bringing confidence and expertise to every conversation.
• Comfortable operating essential office tools—including telephone systems, 10-key, and personal computers .
• High-energy, driven, creative, and persuasive team player who brings strong attention to detail and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and quick to learn new systems.
• Exceptional communicator —clear, confident, and engaging across written, verbal, and listening channels.
• Self-motivated and independent , thriving in an environment where you can take initiative and make things happen.

Must Haves for Success

• Hunt down top driving talent using ATS’s proven processes—bringing in rock-star truck drivers who raise the bar.
• Reach out fast! Connect with qualified applicants within 24 hours to keep the excitement (and momentum) rolling.
• Become a program expert , walking drivers through our different driving opportunities to find their perfect ATS fit.
• Team up with Operations Driver Support & Safety Coordinators to get driver candidates pre-approved and ready for orientation day.
• Make great hiring calls and get drivers scheduled for orientation like a pro.
• Champion the sign-on experience , tracking applications, keeping candidates engaged, and celebrating those “You’re approved!” moments.
• Coordinate orientation with precision , placing drivers in the right divisions and wrapping up all pre-orientation tasks on time.

Compensation & Benefits

• Total cash compensation range of this position is $58,000 to $74,000 + which includes a base salary range starting at $40,000 - $50,000 + plus position-specific incentive. Base salary offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work. In addition to the base salary, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can vary depending on individual and/or company performance.
