What You'll Do

• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments through clinical interviews and record reviews
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on inmate needs and functionality
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and mental health support to inmates
• Document activities, evaluations, and treatment progress in health records
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
• Apply psychological counseling techniques and theories to support inmates' mental well-being
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure the delivery of quality mental health services

What You Need

• Valid driver's license and Social Security Card for facility clearance
• Relevant licensure and certification (may be required or preferred)
• Prior experience in mental health assessment and treatment facilities preferred
• Strong communication, confidentiality, and crisis management skills
