We are hiring for multiple shifts and can be open to full-time or part-time schedules. This position pays up to $22.00 per hour DOE Come experience the Renaissance Difference! - CNA Scholarship Program - we will cover the cost on eligible employees for a CNA license
- Using therapies and techniques to prevent and improve resident behaviors
- Assisting residents in taking their medications
- Assisting residents with regular toileting including incontinence care if needed
- Keeping records, charting, medications, and recording resident activities
- Keeping work and resident areas safe, orderly and clear of obstacles
- Regular, reliable, attendance in performance of essential job functions
- Engaging residents in daily activities
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Certifications in First Aid & Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, and Medication Assistance Certification
- Must frequently lift or move objects up to 35lbs unassisted
- Regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and crawling required
- Required to continuously complete ongoing education following state specific requirements
- CNA certified
