You'll have the opportunity to build customer relationships, provide financial services, and create positive member experiences through every interaction. Responsibilities include:Provide welcoming, professional customer service by greeting members and developing strong relationshipsAccurately process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other financial transactionsHandle cash and maintain an accurate, balanced cash drawerLearn about members' needs and connect them with appropriate financial products and servicesAnswer questions and assist members with their banking needs in a helpful and professional mannerAddress and resolve member concerns while maintaining a positive member experiencePartner with coworkers to provide consistent, efficient, and exceptional serviceFollow established cash-handling, security, compliance, and transaction proceduresWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GEDFriendly, professional, and positive approach to working with peoplePassion for helping others and creating a great customer or member experienceStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyComfortable working with cash, numbers, technology, and computer systemsAbility to multitask, stay organized, and provide quality service in a fast-paced environmentPrevious retail, hospitality, food service, sales, banking, or customer-facing experience is helpful but not requiredWillingness to learn, develop new skills, and build a career in banking and financial servicesWork ScheduleThis full-time Teller position offers a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
