Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery Nurse for a travel assignment in Exeter, NH. This role involves working in a Level 2 maternity unit within a community hospital setting. The assignment requires a professional with expertise in labor and delivery, post-partum, and pediatrics, and is ideal for those with a strong background in circulating within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Labor and Delivery Nurse

• Provide care in labor and delivery, post-partum, and pediatrics
• Circulate during procedures; scrubbing is a bonus
• Handle a patient population including maternal child, newborns, and occasionally age-appropriate med-surg patients
• Utilize unit-specific protocols like bedside ultrasound and phlebotomy
• Operate equipment such as Phillips fetal monitoring and IV pumps

Requirements of the Labor and Delivery Nurse

• Current NH or compact state RN license
• BLS-AHA, ACLS-AHA, and NRP certifications
• Epic system experience
• Experience in labor and delivery, post-partum, and pediatrics
• Highly preferred: C-EFM certification
