You can read more about Veeva Link on our product pages at We are seeking an experienced People Manager to lead one of our Data Operations teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and high-quality delivery of data operations that support our product development. You are part of the Data Operations leadership team and responsible for a team of 5 Veevans and multiple hundred curators. You know how to lead an engaged and high-performing team. Building a personal connection with your team and holding them accountable comes naturally to you. You are experienced in driving process improvements and skilled in data-driven decision-making. You are hands-on. Don’t shy away from analyzing the data for your decisions yourself. Based on your understanding of the value a product adds to customers, you can shape operations and be a sparring partner to product managers. You will represent Data Operations in a cross-functional product team, collaborating closely with Product Management, Data Engineering, and Data Science. We care about a great cultural fit.
