Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to design and manage proposal submissions for new business, including creating compelling marketing collateral to ensure successful proposals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all logistical components of proposal submissions, ensuring timely completion and adherence to strict requirements.
• Design and manage new business portfolios and presentations, incorporating basic graphic design skills and adhering to existing brand standards.
• Maintain records and documents, including data entry into CRM systems.
• Utilize data to research and inform decision-making processes.
• Organize and maintain firm certifications and documents, including legal and business forms.
• Support other marketing and communications efforts such as public relations, website maintenance, social media, award submissions, project photography, conference attendance, and miscellaneous tasks.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in digital marketing and Photoshop.
• Strong multitasking skills.
• Experience in social media and website maintenance.
• ERP experience, particularly with Deltek Vantagepoint.
• Experience in marketing campaigns, social media, marketing communications, and marketing strategy.
• Ability to digest ambiguous or complex tasks, plan, organize, and strategize effectively.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of layout and brand standards.
• Ability to work independently under strict deadlines.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Openness to learning new skills such as Revit, with training opportunities provided.

This is a Permanent position based out of Hasbrouck Heights, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
