Junior Data Analyst

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will support data-driven decision-making by working with structured datasets related to customer behavior, transactions, and financial trends. This is an entry-level role designed for candidates who want to build a strong foundation in data analytics and gradually move into AI and machine learning roles. Your daily work will involve collecting data from internal systems, cleaning and preprocessing datasets, and preparing them for analysis. You will work with tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python to extract insights and generate reports. You will also assist senior analysts and data scientists in building dashboards and visualizations that communicate trends clearly to business stakeholders. You will learn how to perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), identify patterns, and support predictive modeling tasks. You may also assist in basic machine learning workflows, such as preparing training datasets and evaluating model outputs. The role requires strong attention to detail, as financial data must be handled carefully and accurately. You will work closely with multiple teams, including business analysts, engineers, and product teams. To succeed, you should have a basic understanding of Python, SQL, and Excel. Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is helpful. You should also understand basic statistics concepts such as mean, median, correlation, and distributions.
