Role Overview As a Financial Analyst on the Business Unit Finance Team supporting the Commercial Real Estate business, you will perform financial analysis and modeling, develop management and sales reporting, and conduct variance analysis. You will model the company’s revenue and expense forecasts while identifying growth drivers within the business. Key Responsibilities Work closely with finance staff and non‑financial professionals to develop budgets and forecasts, and maintain those forecasts in the budgeting system. Focus on revenue drivers, including sales rep productivity, sales activities, performance, SaaS metrics, and other key drivers. Partner with Sales and Executive Leadership to support reporting needs, highlight operational performance, present actionable insights, and measure alignment with strategic objectives. Maintain customer analysis, including penetration, total addressable market sizing, and performance against specific sales campaigns. Track expenses, budget, forecast, conduct variance analysis, and model to communicate impacts on business unit profitability. Collaborate with Marketing to review advertising campaign effectiveness, perform search engine marketing cost analysis, and identify opportunities for more efficient spending. Assist with the design and creation of PowerPoint presentations for management presentations, supporting quarterly business reviews and strategic decision making. Evaluate, model, and analyze M&A targets that align with supported business units, as necessary. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from an accredited, not‑for‑profit, in‑person college/university. 1+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance, analytics, and/or sales operations. Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling skills. Experience using financial and budgeting applications. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field. Experience within a publicly traded or large SaaS company. Analytical business background, problem‑solving skills, strategic thinking, and high attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, challenging environment. Oracle ERP, EPM, SmartView experience. Familiarity with financial reporting and or business intelligence tools (Power BI). Strong working knowledge of accounting.
