Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities Monitor and report on key performance indicators and service level agreements Communicate important information to transportation, launch, engineering, planners, procurement, and other related departments to resolve problems Accurately label dangerous goods for domestic and international shipments Maintain quality control and accuracy in the satellite shipping operations Oversee and coordinate outbound processes Ensure compliance with safety protocols and proper equipment usage Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalency certificate Experience working with SAP/ERP systems Experience communicating across cross-functional teams Experience with shipping dangerous goods Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted Lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying are generally required to perform the functions of this position Preferred Qualifications 3+ year’s experience in outbound shipping of dangerous goods General understanding of lean manufacturing Experience within the aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronic manufacturing fields Forklift certified and experience with handling equipment Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Contract Job function: Management and Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr Manjeet Kumar
