Overview

Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Care Partner provides patient and administrative support to Nursing staff as necessary. 4 East is a 32-bed unit treats patients with various cancers from leukemias/lymphomas to solid tumors along with blood disorders such as sickle-cell anemia and hemophilia. Our patients are cared for by a staff of highly skilled and compassionate nurses, physicians and ancillary members of the healthcare team.

Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: Able to write, speak fluently and understand English. 1+ year previous experience as a PCSA, Medical Assistant or Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) preferred. Nursing Student Applicants: Completion of pediatric rotation preferred. No new Nursing Graduates.

Education/Licensure/Certifications: High School graduate and AHA BLS required.

Schedule: 7AM-7PM

Pay Scale Information

USD $47,840.00 - USD $48,880.00

The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates who meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description.
