Leading large-scale, mission-critical building automation projects, the full-time remote Mission Critical Project Manager will drive project execution, governance, and financial performance while providing on-site support during critical phases. Key responsibilities Serve as an extension of ALC leadership, ensuring consistent project governance and customer experience Lead execution of complex building automation programs, aligning with contract requirements and stakeholder expectations Own project financial performance, including budget management and revenue recognition strategies Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED 5+ years of experience in project management or related fields within building automation/controls or mission-critical environments 1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite Clean and valid driver's license Ability to climb ladders or use lift equipment above 8 feet and lift items up to 50 lbs
