Cooks Needed On The Bus LineGrill Cooks. Chefs. Prep Cooks. We are building our staff of cooks for our Lake George team. All shifts available. Days, nights we need weekend warriors too. Seven days a week. Pick your shifts. SGA Lists, LLC is a hospitality-focused staffing group based in Saratoga Springs, NY. We are seeking all types of cooks to join our team in Lake George and help support our clients by providing excellent service to guests. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an enthusiastic attitude towards serving guests and co-workers.Key Responsibilities:Grill Operation: Operate and maintain the grill station, ensuring it is clean, safe, and in good working order.Food Preparation: Prepare a variety of foods on the grill, including meats, vegetables, and other grill-specific items. Follow recipes and presentation standards set by the kitchen.Cooking to Order: Cook items to customer specifications, accommodating special requests and dietary needs when possible.Quality Control: Monitor food quality and freshness, ensuring that only the best products are served to customers.Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
