Mountain West Farm Bureau is currently hiring for a full-time Production Support Technician I to join our team and is responsible for maintaining moderately complex applications and monitoring systems. Provides solutions, troubleshooting, analysis and support to resolve issues. Develops, modifies, and maintains integrations that may be customized or standardized including integration of existing software and assists with the design and implementation of those solutions. Provides in-person technical support. This full-time position is located at the home-office in Laramie, WY and typically works 40 hours per week between 8 am to 5 pm , Monday-Friday . You can expect a competitive wage of $4,016 - $4,385 per month depending on experience. Education and Experience
Minimum Requirements:
- High school degree or GED.
- Experience in Microsoft programs.
- Ability to obtain product-based certifications.
- Associate degree in business or information technology.
- Experience in property and casualty insurance.
