Production Support Technician I

Mountain West Farm Bureau is currently hiring for a full-time Production Support Technician I to join our team and is responsible for maintaining moderately complex applications and monitoring systems. Provides solutions, troubleshooting, analysis and support to resolve issues. Develops, modifies, and maintains integrations that may be customized or standardized including integration of existing software and assists with the design and implementation of those solutions. Provides in-person technical support. This full-time position is located at the home-office in Laramie, WY and typically works 40 hours per week between 8 am to 5 pm , Monday-Friday . You can expect a competitive wage of $4,016 - $4,385 per month depending on experience.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A PRODUCTION SUPPORT TECHNICIAN I

In this full-time position, you will operate in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. While performing these job duties, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear and is frequently required to stand, walk and occasionally lift and move office products or supplies. The following are required to assist in the duties performed by a Production Support Technician I:
Education and Experience
Minimum Requirements:

• High school degree or GED.
• Experience in Microsoft programs.
• Ability to obtain product-based certifications.

Preferred Requirements:

• Associate degree in business or information technology.
• Experience in property and casualty insurance.
