Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic / Electro-Mechanical Technician

Essential Skills

• At least 5 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience as a maintenance technician, maintenance mechanic, or electro-mechanical technician.
• Proficiency in preventive maintenance and maintenance systems, including planning and executing PMs.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical repairs on industrial equipment.
• Solid understanding of industrial systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and power transmission.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting skills for mechanical and basic electrical equipment failures.
• Ability to perform basic electrical repairs, such as replacing motors and sensors.
• Experience with maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) of manufacturing equipment.
• Capability to diagnose equipment failures, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Skill in fabricating components and devices using manual machine shop equipment.
• Comfort working in an industrial, service-oriented mechanical environment.

This is a Permanent position based out of Edgewood, MD.

The pay range for this position is $68640.00 - $79040.00/yr.
