In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to the firm's attorneys, managing high-stakes litigation from inception through trial. Key Responsibilities: Draft and finalize discovery requests, responses, subpoenas, and preliminary motions. Lead document reviews, tag evidence, and synthesize complex data. Drive trials preparation by organizing exhibits and witness materials. Manage all State and Federal e-filing and court communications. Qualifications: Two years of experience in litigation, preferably within civil, business, or insurance defense. Mastery of e-filing procedures and advanced proficiency in legal research and case management platforms. The ability to spot inconsistencies in discovery and anticipate the next phase of the litigation lifecycle. Exceptional written and verbal skills suited for high-level professional interactions.
