Services We Offer: IV Vitamin Drips Vitamin Injections Peptide Therapy Ketamine Therapy NAD+/NR Therapy Lab Testing Weight Loss Programs Hormone Therapy Position Overview: As an IV Infusion Nurse and Wellness Specialist, you’ll play a key role in providing exceptional services and building lasting relationships with our guests. You will administer IV infusion therapy, intramuscular (IM) and subcutaneous (SubQ) injections, while educating guests on the benefits of our services, including peptide and ketamine therapy. You’ll be the face of BioFuse—someone our guests look forward to seeing for expert care and a memorable experience. Responsibilities: Administer IV therapy, IM injections, and SubQ injections. Educate guests on the benefits of our services (IV therapy, peptide therapy, ketamine therapy, and more). Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols. Provide exceptional customer service that enhances the guest experience. Assist with sales and provide in‑depth knowledge of all services. Follow all company policies and maintain a high standard of service. Help with daily operations, including opening/closing duties and general office cleaning/sanitizing. Qualifications: Valid Michigan Registered Nursing (RN) License. CPR/BLS Certification (Required). Must have excellent IV skills (minimum of 1 year of experience, ER experience preferred). Strong communication skills with the ability to explain medical services in an approachable way. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Friendly, energetic, and detail‑oriented, with a passion for delivering top‑tier wellness services. Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit, stand, walk, crouch, and kneel throughout shifts. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in both clinical and in‑home settings. Job Type: PRN, Variable days, must be able to work weekends (0900‑1900 weekdays, 0900‑1500 weekends) Hourly Pay: from $35+ per hour. Why BioFuse?
