Seasonal Field Technician (Corn Pollination)

Looking for a great summer job? We're hiring dependable individuals ages 16 and older to join our seasonal field team. This is an excellent opportunity for high school and college students who enjoy working outdoors and want to gain hands-on experience in agriculture. Our company is a major global hub for agricultural research, seed trait development, and seed health testing. Team members will help support important research projects by assisting with corn pollination and plant care in the field.

Seasonal Field Technician (Corn Pollination) Details:

Temporary position
$16.00 / hour
Full Time work available
Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

Perform corn pollination activities according to established procedures.
Snip and trim plant tissue using hand-held pruners.
Walk and work in agricultural fields for extended periods.
Follow directions carefully and maintain accuracy in research tasks.
Work safely while handling plants and basic hand tools.

Seasonal Field Technician (Corn Pollination) Qualifications:

Must be at least 16 years old.
Reliable and able to work outdoors in varying summer weather conditions.
Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive hand movements throughout the day.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
No previous experience required—training is provided!
