What You'll Do as a Forklift Operator:

• Safely operate forklifts to move materials throughout the outdoor facility
• Safely Operate specialized terminal tractor to efficiently spot, move, and organize semi-trailers to and from loading area
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns
• Transport raw materials and finished goods to designated production or storage areas
• Maintain organized and secure stacks of materials in assembly areas or storage zones
• Follow daily production schedules and assist with keeping operations running smoothly
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Support team operations with additional tasks as needed

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

• 2+ years of previous experience operating forklifts in an outdoor environment
• This is a fully outdoor role with shaded tents and fans — ability to work in high heat and humidity is a must.
• Ability to safely handle materials and maintain awareness of surroundings
• Experience in a fast-paced assembly/manufacturing environment
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail to prevent product damage or safety issues
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks during a shift
