Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Destin is looking for Florida-licensed massage therapists who want to build lasting client relationships in a locally owned spa. Whether you are newly licensed or bring years of experience, we would like to speak with you. WHAT MAKES THIS OPPORTUNITY WORTH A CONVERSATION Our team is currently earning in the range of $35–$50 per hour. Up to a $2,000 sign-on bonus based on shifts selected; based on terms and eligibility. A part-time or full-time (5 shifts) schedule built from available opening and closing shifts, with options across the week. Tell us what availability works for you. YOUR WORK Deliver customized massage sessions based on each client’s needs, preferences, and appropriate treatment considerations. Build relationships through consistent care and repeat visits. Maintain professional communication, treatment documentation, and clean, guest-ready treatment spaces. Practice within your training and license and maintain professional massage liability insurance before providing services.
